Sirius Archery Youth Shooter Program Agreement Form

Code of Conduct

As a member of the Sirius Archery Youth Shooter Program, you represent the future of the sport and our brand. Your actions, both on and off the range, should reflect the highest standards of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship.

  • Sportsmanship & Integrity: Always demonstrate honesty, fairness, and respect toward competitors, coaches, and officials. Win with humility and lose with grace. Respect the game and those who play it. Follow all competition rules and ethical hunting practices.
  • Respect & Representation: Treat all individuals—fellow shooters, coaches, event staff, and spectators—with kindness and respect. Refrain from using foul language, unsportsmanlike behavior, or engaging in bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Represent Sirius Archery in a positive manner, both in person and on social media.
  • Social Media & Public Image: Be mindful of what you post. Avoid inappropriate language, negative comments, or content that does not align with Sirius Archery’s values. Promote archery, hunting ethics, and the sport with integrity and professionalism. Do not engage in online arguments, disrespectful behavior, or actions that could harm the reputation of Sirius Archery or the archery community.
  • Safety & Responsibility: Follow all range and hunting safety regulations at all times. Use archery equipment responsibly and encourage others to do the same. Never engage in reckless behavior that could endanger yourself or others.
  • Commitment & Engagement: Be an active participant in the program by engaging with Sirius Archery content, attending events, and contributing to the community. Support fellow team members and encourage their growth in the sport. Stay dedicated to improving your skills and being a positive role model for others.
  • Compliance & Consequences: Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the program. Sirius Archery reserves the right to determine the appropriate response to violations.
